~CHEF TIMOTHY M. LALLI~
Chef Timothy Lalli started his culinary career at the age of 16. He attended the ACJVS in Jefferson Ohio and was taught under the leadership of Johnson and whales graduate Chef David Kiphart. At the same time of his schooling, he worked at lakeway restaurant under the direct training of Chef David DeGeorge, a Culinary Institute of America graduate. While at his 2nd year of his school, he competeded against 13 other culinary schools in Ohio and placed 2nd in the 90min full course competition making superb dishes such as parmesean herb crusted chicken breast, Creamy mushroom salads, and plum compotes.



After graduating from his 2 years at the ACJVS, Chef Timothy Lalli went on to Join the navy where since then, has been sent to numerous Culinary schools and advanced training such as Culinary Arts at Tidewater, the renowned Culinary Institue of America under the instruction of Chef David Kayman.

Recently on his trip to NYC, Chef Timothy Lalli and Chef Charles Davis competed against numerous other navy teams in a "BEST CHOW COMPETITION" preparing Mango stuffed beef tenderloin, Seafood cevichi, and orange and vanilla bean creme brulee. Having cooked for many distinguished people while in the navy, Chef Timothy Lalli looks to persue his career to one day open a restaraunt.

~CHEF CHARLES W. DAVIS~
Chef Charles W. Davis (Chuck) started his culinary interests as a kid while watching his mother prepare baked goods. His first passion was in the field of arts but later realized that he could not draw. This passion for arts lead to the interest of persuing culinary arts.

He joined the navy at the age of 24. Since then Chef Charles Davis has been sent to numerous Culinary schooling such as the Culinary trainging at Tidewater, The renowned Culinary Institute of America under the direct training of Chef Von Bargen. Chef Davis attended a 2 week internship working under an Executive chef whom was a retired chief petty officer of the navy. While in the Navy Chef Charles Davis has also cooked for many distinguished personal including the commanding officer and many others. During our last trip to NYC, Chef Charles Davis and Chef Timothy Lalli competed in the "BEST CHOW COMPETITION" against numerous navy teams such as Canadian Navy, Pakistani navy, French and many others.

Chef Davis' future plans are to persue his culinary passion and to keep in touch with Chef Timothy Lalli to co-own a restaurant together.
